意匠登録出願について

今回は、意匠登録出願について、弊所の実績をスタッフ（T）からご紹介します。

1．相談の内容
株式会社A社から、商品Mの知的財産の取得について相談を受けました。

2．解決策
株式会社A社の商品Mについて先行技術や先行意匠を調査したところ、意匠の登録可能性があると判断して提案しました。商品Mの写真を専門的に撮影して、意匠図面（6面図）を起こし、使用状態を示す斜視写真を撮って整理しました。また、商品Mについて、構造面や素材面で機能性があるため、それらを整理して意匠出願の書類を整えました。

3．結論

1. Content of consultation
We were consulted by Company A Co., Ltd. about acquiring intellectual property for product M.

2. solution
After researching the prior art and prior designs for Product M of Company A Co., Ltd., we determined that there was a possibility of registering the design and made a proposal. We professionally took photos of Product M, created design drawings (six views), and took perspective photos to show how it was used and organized it. In addition, since Product M has functionality in terms of structure and materials, we organized these and prepared the documents for the design application.
